Looking to replace my Honeywell RTH-9850 thermostat (older wifi model). Currently looking into the Ecobee 3 Lite Thermostat. I live in the US with a basic HVAC unit (AC and gas heat). I do not require a “learning” thermostat, just one that works well, is dependable and that is somewhat user adjustable with regards to the control loop (namely - deadband). Lastly - needs to be one that is supported by Home Remote.
Not really asking for any reviews, just basically brand, model and whether you are happy or unhappy with it.
