Outgoing Web request type things

Maybe I’m missing it but is there an easy way to generate a web request? This particular request relates to IFTTT ‘Webhook’ but really any similar service allows web requests.

I’ve had a search in the forums and found the reverse direction via MQTT brokers but I think maybe I am missing an easy way to do this in an outgoing direction without running other software.

Thanks! I read the script. As simple as I imagined, which is why I thought I was missing the built in way to do it. Luckily I am using a windows PC anyway so it should be easy. iOS looks like more hurdles to jump.
