The step that I have taken.

Do you know the codec? For RTSP, the app only supports H264 & MJPEG. VLC should have the stream info available for you to check.

Thanks Bill.
Please find the below screenshot. I believed it is H264?
I’m curious? Is there any options for me to choose for RTSP when adding the camera?

This morning I did a test on H265, and it works, and it doesn’t work now.

Thanks

H265 is not compatible but your H264 stream should work. I’m not why it’s not. Have you tried adding it to the apps? If it works there, you can export a backup on the Settings page & copy the device into your project. Or if you want to enable port forwarding to make that stream accessible to the outside world then I can connect & troubleshoot the issue.

Do you have any guide for adding RTSP IP Camera?
I don’t see any option to add RTSP IP camera. Only the http as an option.

Or do you have any example?

@Zeon_Ooi If it’s not working, it’s typically a change you need to make in the ip camera admin configuration. Do you have the brand and model # of the camera?

Hi Greg, Funny thing they used to work before.

I tested on TP-Link CAM & HIKVision NVR.
TL-IPC637-ZOOM-DUAL
TL-IPC55AE
I have tested on HIKVision DS-7208HUHI-K1.

Hey gents, Managed to get the image on the simulator. But when the file copy over to IPAD 4, the image is blank. just blank. Any idea?

Thanks gents. All good now. Due to the cam resolution.
