Hi, I can’t login to my Tuya account. HR says ‘Get accesstoken failed. Username or password error!’ However, everything is correct
There have been a few users that have encountered this same error. For whatever reason, some accounts don’t have access to the API. Unfortunately creating a new account is the only solution that has worked. It does seem that probability is increased when using a sign-in with Google. So when you create your new account, be sure to use standard email setup. Don’t click the “G” at the bottom of the screen.
…your other option is to go through the SmartThings integration. Tuya is using a different implementation for their SmartThings integration so you may be able to link your current/original account to it. Then link SmartThings to Home Remote.
