Corner radius on a tile?

I’ve seen a few people here post what look like device browsers where the tile has radiused corners (like this one from John):

I haven’t figured out a way to do that. I’ve only seen corner radius settings in a few places - like on buttons. Am I missing something?

That’s a button on the tile with a corner radius of 20. Just use a button instead of a rectangle and you will have the option for a corner radius. If you don’t want it to act like a button just don’t add triggers.
