I have been trying to get this Switch to activate but nothing I do makes it turn on.I know that the switch is getting some sort of command because the status light will blink a few times then go on steady but the switch does not activate

Take the Designer out of the equation, does it work with the default templates provided by the Home Remote app?

Yes it works on my Phone. Nord 1+

I have also tried to Use the backup from the Phone but it does not work.

Rename the extension of the the Backup file to HRP. Then open that file with the Designer. Your backup will work.

I was changing file Extension after I copied it over to PC. Must have missed the part that it needs changed before importing to the PC. It is working thanks.
