Feit Wi-Fi light bulbs

Hello,

I am a newbie, just getting started. My home has only Wi-Fi switches, bulbs, plugs, dimmers, strip lights, sensors. etc. No Zwave or Zigbee. I have successfully added most of my devices but cannot find a way to connect to my exterior downlighting. I have many outdoor LED can lights made by Feit Electric, and I don’t know if I can get these set up. I use the Feit app, and Alexa currently, but I do not see Feit as an option when adding a new device… Is there a workaround?

Thanks in advance… be prepared, I may be on here a lot asking for all your professional help. I hope I can create functionality similar to what I have seen on this forum. You all are talented. :blush:

Feit WiFi bulbs are built on the Tuya platform. Instead of using the Feit app, create either a Smart Life or Tuya Smart account & pair your bulbs to that app. Then you can link your new account to Home Remote because both Smart Life & Tuya Smart are supported.

Thanks for the quick response, I will try the Smart life approach as I am already using this for Gosund switches and some other devices. I was under the impression that I would lose the color fucntion and scene functionality if I do not use the Feit App, so I am hoping that is not the case.
