Home Remote 4.4.6.0 Windows Store (Solved)

Hello, I have Home Remote version 4.4.6.0 Windows Store, but when I backup the file it generates with 0 bytes and a warning appears in the application (This interface is not supported) What do I need to do to solve it?

I see the path says “OneDrive”. Can you try saving it to a different location? Like, for example, your desktop.

Problems can occur when trying to save or restore from a cloud storage folder. I know the root for your path says “C” but I just want you to try a different location just to be certain there’s no cloud link. Try your Desktop.

You were right, I was saving to the desktop, my desktop has one drive too. It worked saving to disk D:
