Homeseer Synchronize error

Hi Bill, how are you doing?

I just upgraded my homeseer to HS4. Before everything worked perfectly in THR.
Now an error appears when synchronizing my devices: error, invalid credentials.
I have already verified the MYHS login and password and they are correct.
What could be happening?

For HS4 you need to create a local account with the same username/password as the MyHS account.
