Seeing this and your various other comments. you should watch the user-supplied videos and try looking at others’ projects that they’ve shared. In my opinion, any documentation that does exist is really geared towards developers; not the average user.
If that’s not what you’re looking for, you might consider something like Roomie.
You will need to write a routine yourself using Javascript. Which means writing yourself a new plugin.
Like LJR said, examine some of the other plugins that have been written to see how its done.
