You can only change Plugin Settings in 2 places:

In the actual apps on the Settings page. Textboxes will be generated for all of the Settings within your plugin. Enter your new values & click the save button.

In the Designer, click the Settings button in the Properties pane. All of your Settings can be edited in the Collection Editor dialog.
