Ola! O global cache pede um Ip adress, como faço para descobrir este número? Já tentei colocar o ip do meu PC e não funciona, vi alguns vídeos, mas só colocam o número ip e não dizer como encontrar. Desde já agradeço!
You can download the iHelp utility from the Global Cache website. That should be able to find all of your device IP addresses.

Ola! Bill, preciso de mais alguma coisa pra usar o Global Cache? Abri o iHelp e nada, não aprece nada. Na minha rede wifi tenho 2 echo dots e 2 controles infravermelho universal que uso para controlar TV e Ar Condicionado, mas tendo acesso aos codigos IR da Global Cache vou poder personalizar os controles remotos no App.
Are you using WiFi or Ethernet?
If you are using WiFi you’ll need to set that up 1st. The device should have came with some literature explaining how to set that up. If I recall correctly, I remember I needed to use an iPad. I could not set it up using my PC or Android. It’s been a while since I paired it so I don’t recall exactly what the issue was.

I’m asking about your Global Cache device. Not your laptop. It doesn’t matter what your laptop is using. I’m just wanting to know if your Global Cache is physically connected to your network with Ethernet or did you buy a WiFi Global Cache unit?
