Are you sure it’s crashing? Are you actually seeing a message from the OS that the app crashed?
The Android OS can destroy activities on its own to free up memory. Since you said it’s a silent crash, I’m guessing that’s what’s happening. Not much we can do about that. Buy something with more memory or limit the number of apps you run.
