Is there some way I can use HomeRemote to control some Leviton Decora WiFi Smart Switches? I did not see Leviton as an available Device Source and was wondering if there is some other way to do it.

You could write a Plugin assuming you know their API & know JavaScript. Your other option is to go through another service that is supported. Looks like they work with SmartThings. If you would like to see an official Home Remote integration for Leviton I suggest posting in the Feature Requests category.
