My devices can connect to wifi, but not register on cloud

I am trying to connect a plug and a switch using tuya smart and smart life. Previously the devices worked fine, but without change was disconnected.
I correctly validated the following prerequisites:

  • Wifi 2,4G
  • Username and password correct
  • Signal strength of WIFI
  • I tried using EZ mode and AP mode

Then, I noted that the device is connected to the wifi router with a valid IP address. But the process fails before to register the device on cloud.
My question is, Are there some protocol, port or website that could was blocked on my Internet Provider?

You cannot use the Home Remote app to register new Tuya devices. You need to use either the Tuya Smart or Smart Life apps to register a new device. Once registered, then you should be able to link it to Home Remote. If you are having issues registering a device in the Tuya apps, you should reach out to them. I don’t know if anyone in this forum will be able to help with that.
