No Devices In Home Seer Mobile

Hi There, I logged online to change my password. Now when I connect to the Android App, there are no devices available. I have logged out, cleared data and cache, reinstalled the App, I see the correct device ID, but the device area does not populate.

I am able to log on to the hub with my computer and see all devices available.

I have the latest version of the Android Homeseer Mobile App, and updated HS4 to 4.2.21.2

I assume that you mean the device list in HR, right?
Have you tried clicking on the syncronize icon in settings → devices → HomeSeer in the HR App?

Sorry, I don’t understand your question. I talking about the device list in HomeSeer Mobile. Once set up the devices on your hub they should automatically show up on the Android App HomeSeer Mobile. They have in the past. All I did was log on to MyHS and upgraded my account password, and the devices no longer sync.

Sorry for the confusion - but then I don’t understand what this has to do with HR?
