I just bought a Smart Life key lock box. I’ve downloaded the app; it interfaces with the lockbox, but now I need to share the device with other users. I’ve followed the instructions: on the page of the device, I click on the “write” icon, I get the page that lists “device information”, and under it "Tap-to-Run and Automation; then there’s a gray bar with the word “Others”; and under that is “Create Group”, “FAQ & Feedback”, “Add to Home Screen”, and “Device Update”. According to the videos I’ve watched, there’s supposed to be a line for “Share Device”. No such line appears. I need to know how to share this one device. I have no other devices I plan to add to the app, but the lockbox MUST be usable by others. Please help.
