Restore via FTP on iPhone 6s is not available

Hi all.
I setup FTP in the designer, but there is no FTP setup for restore in the app.

here is what happened.
at the first time i restored a hrp, it asked me ftp setup in the app, but i cancelled it and used iclould instead.
now i am trying to use FTP publish, and no FTP setup pops up in the app.

am i missing something?

could you help me?

Update1: after restored with the same file, now it asks me FTP setup. good. but when i hit “Yes”, spinning icon was there for a couple second, then it goes to App’s main (home) screen.

Update2 : spinning error on iphone 6s and ipad 5th gen.

You have to first load your file using traditional means like the “Restore” button in the app. When loading the file it’ll copy those FTP settings in it for future use.

Restoring the FTP can happen 2 ways:

  1. Automatically - It’ll check the FTP location when the app first loads. So closing & reopening the app will download a new HRP file from your FTP location. Minimize is not the same as close. Be sure to close it completely.

  2. Manually - Any calls to the function “App.Reload()” will check your FTP location for a new file. You can create a custom Button that calls Reload to download the new file.

Now i understand how it works. thanks.

For other users,

  1. the spinning error is not actually error.
  2. Quick publish button will save current state in the local and publish it to FTP simultaneously (once you use FTP server feature)
