It would be great to be able to control Samsung TV’s via IP. IR is great, but I can’t get feedback on volume, power state, etc.
You can use Smartthings to control the TV. I’m using the Harmony + SmartThings and can control pretty much everything, including statuses for power, volume, mute, input, etc…
