Start HRP not with designer

I’m new to HomeRemote, maybe it’s a dummy question:

I created a small HRP file for windows. When I double click on the file it starts the Designer. On my Iphone it starts the dashboard which is good. How do I open the dashboard in windows without starting the Designer ?

The HRP file is for the designer :

But the Window’s App is different and works on phones or tablets and Windows 10 or above…
