Syncing Tuya device

Tuya device sync is not working for me. If, for example, I install a new switch on Tuya app, I have to remove my tuya account from THR and register the tuya account again so that the new switch appears. But by doing that I lose all groups previously created with tuya devices in THR.

Wait 15 minutes or so & make sure you have the Home Remote app closed on all of your mobile devices. If right-clicking the Tuya source & selecting “Synchronize Devices” isn’t generating new device objects, that just means that the polling limit has been exceeded. Tuya has very strict polling limits. It will use the cache when the discovery call fails.

I was waiting 10 minutes but keeping the THR open on my device. Solved!
