Hi,
I’m trying to add a Wyze RTSP feed. I’ve checked the feed in VLC and TinyCamPro and it works. Feed is H264 - MPEG4 AVC (part10).
When I add to HR i get the following error:
“Any suitable track is not found”
Any help or advise would be much appreciated
H264 streams are compatible so it should work. Please attach a screenshot of the codec information from VLC like shown below

I’ve also tried inputting the RTSP feed without the Username and Password i.e. rtsp://ipaddress:554/live and VLC asks for the Username and Password and then displays the feed.
I get the same error message in HR.
Any chance you can set up port forwarding to make the stream remotely accessible? I’d like to go online with it & troubleshoot.
Hello, I have the same problem with a camera here at home, it’s a Jortan that uses the Yoosee app. The problem is that the codec it uses is H.265.
I can’t connect either via RTSP or via ONVIF, the error is exactly the same: “Any suitable track is not found”
Does HR not support H.265?
Sorry, The Home Remote only supports H.264 & MJPEG.
